New Vegas - Mouse Not Working

I recently reinstalled Fallout New Vegas onto my new laptop and the mouse cursor is stuck in the middle of the screen and only the arrow keys work. I've tried to fix it myself but all I've read is that it's reading it as being played with a controller so it disables the mouse and keyboard. But I don't HAVE a controller and the cursor doesn't move so I can't turn it off in Devices. Is there a way to fix this?

Haha Fail, Could You Make A Screenshot woodsj36? And If You Have A Ps3 Contoller (Like Me) But No Xbox Controller You Can Play With Ps3 Controller Too Which Is Handled Like A Xbox Controller (Just Watch A Tuturial) >

I know I'm a bit late, but there is also a setting in the FalloutPrefs.ini, under "Interface":

bDisable360Controller=0

I guess you'd have to set that to "1", then.

Although it really isn't a bad idea to have a 360 controller these days, as a lot of games are compatible with that by default. =p
