Mod alteration request

Hello all, I took a long, LONG break from Oblivion due to college (which I'm doing very well in!), and I come back looking for new mods to mess around with for my favorite dress-up RPG. I went through my old mods, and found this one as one of the armor and clothing replacers;

Now, I love the way the armor is because it's just simple stuff, and really changes the atmosphere. While it may be "just another nude mod" to most, this one is at least imaginative with the armor and how it reveals. Now, the main concerns are as follows;

 

1. Could someone make it so ONLY the player character gets the "benefits" of the altered armor while everyone else keeps it normal? Example; http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34231

2. Could someone make an A cup, M waist variant? I love me some lovely coconuts, but a flat board can be closer to the heart too. /badjoke

3. Could the person(s) who take up this request also make Syl's dress and the Order armors show in first person? I downloaded about 6 mods so far, none make them first person despite saying so.

 

I would do this myself, but even after doing college, and my own fiddling around, I STILL cannot get blender to work its magic like everyone else. I'm a strictly Photoshop guy in the end.
