Can't Download Mods

Hi, I downloaded the Mod Manager and installed it. Then I went on the website to find mods that fit my interest. I found one and when I click the download button, my computer tells me there was a problem and that I might need to download another program? Whats going on? Someone please help!

1.Uninstall Nexus Mod Manager

2.Download Again Here : http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/modmanager/?

3.Click On The .exe And Choose Run As Administrator And Install On C: For Best Management

4.Log In

5.Scan Games

6.Choose Fallout New Vegas

7.Make Sure You Are Logged In On Website AND Nexus Mod Manager (Just For Sure)

8.(Optional) If this Appears http://prntscr.com/5mcoef Than Press The Blue Marked Area

9.Go To Mod Website For Example This One : http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48392/?

10.Than Click On Download (NMM)

11.If Step 10 Done Right On The Download List Of NMM The Mod Should Appear And Look Like This : http://prntscr.com/5mcr83

12.After That Follow The Steps On This Picture : http://prntscr.com/5mcute
