What do I need for this mod to work?

I'm trying to install Aliyah_Vampire_mod_and_savegame to a fresh isntallation and patched oblivion. I copied all the files to where the readme said to copy them, but when I start the game I get the "all files are not here" (something like that) and the game will just freeze. I'm on windows 7 if that helps.

Did you install Oblivion to the default directory? If so, read this article. It applies to Windows 7 as well as Vista.
