pluramon
Hello everybody, Pardon me if the following is a silly newb question. I'm trying to create static objects using animations from existing Items. Let's say I want to create an unmovable Ceramic Vase. I extracted the appropriate NIF file and used it in the CS to create a new static object. The new item cannot be picked. However, it can still be moved around, which is not what I aim for. There's got to be something I'm doing wrong, but I'm not sure what exactly. Aside from the above, I'm also experiencing a strange bug. Occasionally, when I enter an indoors cell, or load a saved game while inside an indoors cell, all items suddenly begin to "float" above whatever surface they were placed upon. It's really quite annoying when all my carefully places items suddenly explode and gush away from their shelves. Is this a known issue that was maybe fixed in one of the community patches? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help. The reason you can still move your static item is because the collision is not influenced by cs, you'll need nifskope to make it static. As for the floating items, I think it's being cause by bad collision as well - but you can try this to lock items in place: Decorator Assistant
