(Creation Kit) Interior Ram Usage (or Ram Reset?)

Hello. I've been having some problems using creation kit. I have created an interior cell, and I have linked it to the exterior world through an activator with a moveto script rather than a conventional door. The reason I did this was because I wanted players to be able to place the door anywhere they want. I have been successful in this so far, but one problem I have is that my interiors use too much RAM (memory) for some reason. Furthermore, they don't act like vanilla interiors in terms of RAM usage. For vanilla interiors, when you enter a door, the loading screen is shown, and the RAM that is being used will be flushed (or reset), and then the new stuff from the interior cell are loaded into RAM. For my interiors for some reason this doesn't happen. It seems everything is already loaded into RAM, because when I activate the activator I'm instantly in the interior cell without any loading screen, and the RAM usage doesn't reset. To further illustrate my point:

As you can see, with a vanilla Interior, the Ram usage (The yellow line) goes dramatically down, and then it is loaded again while the loading screen is being shown. Whereas on my interior, the RAM only goes a little bit down, and when I activate the activator again I'll go instantly back into the exterior without seeing any loading screens.

This is a problem because now when I summon my door activator, suddenly the RAM usage spikes up (Perhaps loading all the interior into the exterior?) and if the user is already using a lot of RAM (like me here), they get CTDs. I want my interior to function the same as vanilla ones, but can't figure out why skyrim is acting this way for me.

Does anyone know if I have to do special scripting for this, or to somehow make skyrim treat my interior like the rest of the interiors? Thank you!
