Miss Sparkle
The messages in your load order are trying to tell you something. 3 files are telling you that they depend on Companion Core.esm and need to be loaded after it in order for them to work. All .esm's should be loaded before any of the .esp's :)
bben46
Fallout.esm MUST always be the first in the list as that is what the mods are modifying. Next, any other .esm (Master ) files. Then the esp files. Any file that loads later - lower in the list, can over write parts of mods loaded before it - higher in the list. This is how mods work. That is why sometimes changing load order can make a game work when it crashed before. Remember, the original game is never changed. The Fallout.esm and all of the bsa files are not really changed at all by mods. They are loaded each time you start the game, then the mods are loaded after. So the overwriting is done each time you start the game and not to the actual files stored on your hard disk. Removing a mod allows the original stuff to show again. DarkNinja13
Have you tried moving Companion Core .esm to load after Zeta.esm? On Oblivion, .esm's cannot be loaded before .esp's (the M stands for "Master")
