Mods please recommend?

Ive played through Fallout 3 on 360 3 times have all achievements and have done a lot. Ive just bought on PC and thought id try a few mods im looking for balancing,difficulty increases and any graphical enhancements.

 

Could you please recommend some for me Ive looked at the nexus and fallout wiki but am clueless.

 

I don't want anything to game altering but i would like an increase in difficulty maybe more enemies and guns. But don't want new guns if it makes the game to easy.

Ive looked at Marts mutant mod and wanderers edition mod, which would be best for me.

 

What graphical mods would be compatible?

FWE , MMM , DC interiors , Dynamic Weather , streetlights , Ironsight , fallout reanimated (install this mod after Ironsight , it should not glitch) , WMK , NO blur ( this is to improve perfomance while fighting, it basically removes blur effect while getting hit, kinda necessary when you have MMM mod ... lol )

how drastic are the changes with wanderer mod?

well in term of difficulyty its way above very hard.

IN Vanilla setting of FWE its twice as hard as very hard, and thats the easiest setting, add MMM to that and every little sqeak from the wasteland will spook you...

Sorry for so may questions if i just add marts mutant mod will that increase difficulty?

That increases the amount/variety of creatures in the game, you can edit it ,In game Vanilla setting is 0-1 max setting is 3-5 which i assume is 5 enemies per 1 enemy in vanilla.. More enemies=More Difficulty = More fun

If you want a very "harrowing" experience. Then look no further then Zombie Apocalypse or Nazi Zombie Wasteland invasion V 1. I had fun with both of those. Made things abit more tough.

Final three questions,i have these specs

 

9600 gt 512mb card

4gb ram

athlon x2 5600+

 

Im wondering will my system cope with the high res mods and texture packs.

 

I get the impression that marts mutant mod adds a lot of enemies everywhere would i be better installing wanderers edition instead as i like the aspect of wandering the wasteland with the occasional encounter but i do want an increase in difficulty.

Will achievements be effected by these mods?
