Problems with weather mods

Hi, I've just got a new computer and have been installing Fallout on it again (after a while of not playing) and have got all of my mods installed... except Fellout and Enhanced Weather... everything works fine without Fellout and Enhanced Weather installed, but when I install them it causes some pink hairs and hands and giant red exclamation marks (as well as some missing floor in the Brass Lantern (and presumably other places). The exclamation marks are occurring for everything from NPC clothing to filing cabinets.

 

I know what the pink and the exclamation marks mean, I just don't know how to make it work properly, I've tried moving the weather mods to various spots in my load order and either one of them, as well as both of them at the same time, cause the issue.

BECAUSE THE MOD "FOWE" DON'T WORK WITH "FELLOUT" AND "ENHANCHED WEATHER"

You must delete Fellout and Echanded Weather to play Fallout!
