I warnt to change the weapons damage in the halo mod. how do I do that??

With the G.E.C.K.

when you open the GECK, click on "File" then on"Data" and check the halo mod.

Wait to load the mod (required 3-4 minutes)

Then you can find the armor that you want to modify and modify it! Simple!
