Potion Bottles not "sitting" correctly

I have several shelves in a mod with different potion bottles sitting on them. All the bottles seem to levitate an inch or 2 above shelf they are sitting on once in game. I've tried using different things as shelves, positioning the bottles differently etc. I seem to remember having this problem one before but I don't remember how I fixed it. Any ideas?

Your bottles probably have a bigger collision mesh then their actual visible mesh.... Or the shelf does.
