MonsterHunterMaster
Hey guysI have a question. There are those record thingys for xbox 360 and PS3 where you can record your gameplay so you can upload videos to youtube. You only have to plug your hdmi cable into them and then you plug another one from the recording box to the tv.Does those recorders work for pc too? Or are there different ones?If there are, can you tell me where to find them or link to a site? That would be awesomethx for reading

Pronam
If you have a video card that supports hdmi/compenent or any such a cable the answer is a yes.I've tried before doing on a HDD recorder that unfortunately doesn't have input for it (just regular video quality) and yes...it can be so much easier if you can just record via a remote device.Although as it's for the pc there should be more options and I've seen many in the past. Basically any HDD recorder should do the job though <.<The recorders specially made for PC are usually quite pricey, pretty much as expensive as any HDD recorder. It's best to just to get a good one for both your PC and TV so you can use it optimally. For example, there's one from hauppage that's a HD-recorder, with component input and an USB (not even a HDD) wich's above 200 bucks already. You could get a decent regular HDD recorder for that already, probably with HDMI. The only difference is that finding one with a usb connection would be difficult and you'd probably have to burn it to a dvd to get it on your PC. Regular screen recording software is great, but not for video games for me :P. It would be to slow/glitchy for me.
