of awesome mods and I do use a lot of them. But is there an actual mod, not a mix of them, that is actually like the Morrowind mod called Better Bodies/ Better Heads? Or even one that will kill off the main quest like Never Say Nerevar? I'm really hating the main quest more then I hate Radroaches.

I am running a few of those already. Alternate Start does not remove the main quest, I wished it did, it just gives a new starting point along with decisions on factions and such. I just don't get having new races implemented in game. Type 3 body is what I use, but have you ever really looked at it? The heads never really match with the body. So not really good enough. I would try and use the other replacers, but then I would have to find other mods to go with them.

Using Alternate Start and then using the console to set that quest complete should do it for you :)

(Not sure what happens when you set the final quest complete if you don't have Broken Steel haha.

I have all the DLCs, so I should be good to go. But I just don't really want to do that. Using GetQuestCompleted has never worked for me. It tells me something about script not saved due to parameters or some feckin bollox.
