Game keeps crashing at end of main quest.

Posted this on another forum but no one there has said anything so i was hoping some one here might know what my problem is cause by.

 

For some reason my game keeps crashing right after the emperor to be turns in to a dragon ( to be more precise right after he has won an is turning in to stone.) my game has been crashing on an off while i play normally after about 30 minutes or so but now i just crash's at that part over an over.

 

Here is my PC Spec:

WinXP SP2

Pentium® D CPU 3.20GHz

Ram 2gb

NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS.
