My Load Order - please grant some advice

Hey guys,

I'm planning on starting a new game and downloaded a copple of mods to play with this time. I just want to make sure that my load order is overall acceptable. If you're able to recognize a wrong load order, please let me know. I'm using the Steam version, having manually (not with GFWL) installed all DLCs, using FOSE and FOMM and I am updated to version 1.7, so I think I've got anything I need, right? The only bigger overhaul mod I use is MMM. Thanks in advance...

Golden rule #1 = All esm files should load before esp files.

you've got a esp loading early on "CrossRepairWeapons.esp"

also the top of your load order should always be the core files (orginal game and DLC's) unless sepecifically asked for by the author

[X] Fallout3.esm

[X] BrokenSteel.esm

[X] Anchorage.esm

[X] ThePitt.esm

The "CrossRepairWeapon.esp" is labeled as .esp file, but the header says it's a .esm file. This is what the ReadMe of the mod tells me.

Putting Companion Core.esm in front of Zeta.esm, was done in haste. So I'm aware of this. I has hoped for some more advice about the mutiple other mods I'm using and if people know something I don't already know. But thanks for your efforts.
