Mod to change PC appearance?

I'm wondering if there exists a mod that will allow me to change my PC's appearance. Something that allows me to change the hair, facial features, etc. - everything you can set when you create a new character.

The only thing you can do at present is make a new face either in the toolset (mop or mor) or in game (starting save) and then use the DragonAge Face Replacer (requires Python) or a save edit in the toolset to change your face.

All you have to do if you want to change a character's appearance that you are already using is make a new character, save it or you can even use the first autosave, then run this application, find the character you want to replace the face, hair, ect....next find the character you just created, and import from the new saved game the character's face onto your existing character....fast and easy.
