Need help with spotting a problem.

I was trying to make a simple door that goes to another simple door. The door are unique and I have tested them with the player character. It seems to put me where I want to be every time. The problem is whenever an NPC goes out they end up all the way in Vault 112 for some odd reason. Is there some kind of invisible door feature in the Geck I don't know about? I even eliminated all the doors at one point and loaded the cell. I gave an aiscript package for an NPC to go to a location. somehow the NPC found a way out even though I eliminated the doors it ended up in the vault 112 garage area.

 

I did use the Garage to Vault 112 for the cell. I eliminated allot of things that I thought would cause problems. Apparently I was wrong. If anyone can help I would be greatly appreciative.

Never mind the problem was figured out and solved.
