Codizzle17 Posted October 1, 2010 Share Posted October 1, 2010 I just finished the part in the Kvatch Rebuilt questline where you get the gardener to plant flowers and stuff in Kvatch. I have waited for weeks for the messenger dude (I think his name is Ignar) to find me so I can continue the quest. Is there anything I need to do in order for him to give me another letter?
