Predator mod

I have always used this mod though mostly just for the birth signs and cross heir, but now I wanted to use the armor as well. I see the 3rd person animation of hitting a guy with a spear but nothing happens. I have tried t with my current race I use (Burmecian) and by starting a new game and choosing the predator race. The cloaking system and vision modes work great though. I have tried the manual version and the installer version. No difference. I also have the problem with the races not showing up as normal when I change my race in my current game and having to reset the faces. But this does not work on the predator. The face is not a problem when I start a new game. Does anybody know what is wrong?

The face is not a problem when I start a new game. I also tried reinstalling obse 18 and tried using obse 19 but no difference. Does anybody know what is wrong?
