I no longer get infinite loading screens meaning the CoT/Pure Weather conflict was probably causing that. Ive also taken out most of the Village Enhancements and a few random unnecessary mods (like exploding chickens, spouse to custom homes since i rarely get married in my modded games, and a few others). However. i still CTD right outside of Riverwood. i haven't tried seeing if i can just coc to another city and get away with it yet but riverwood is on my need to fix list.
