Different skin tone hand

I seem to always have this problem where my character has a perfect skin, but then there is a different tone on the pip-boy hand.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Sounds like you may have added a body replacer or an enhancement mod.

double check that you copied all of the texture and mesh files across from the mod.

I think some pip-boy mods will cause this as well.
