theallmighty
Hi guys, I'm having a rather frustrating issue I was hoping somebody here could help me with. When I am in third person mode, and idle, my vertical mouse sensitivity is halved. If I am walking, running, or even just draw my weapon, the vertical sensitivity works perfectly. Something peculiar is happening only when I am completely idle. The reason that this is a massive problem for me is that I am trying to get skyrim working nicely on my Oculus Rift, using the Immersive First Person View mod. What this means is that whenever I look up and down and I'm standing still the vertical angle of the rift is halved, which is very horrible.I've seen other people complain of this issue scattered around the internet but haven't seen a fix. Does anyone know what the issue is or how to fix it? I've tried fresh ini files, removing all mods etc. Thanks for reading.
Johangir
I'd like to confirm I'm also having this issue, on a normal setup using a mouse. Once I stand still in 3rd person with no weapons equipped, mouse sensitivity suddenly drops, returns to normal if I start moving or if I equip something. And it seems no one on other sites is responding with anything helpful, as if this issue doesn't exist for everyone when it certainly does. I've tried reinstalling from scratch, removing all mods, and deleting all my local and cloud config files, to no avail. There's no mods that address this either, so I'm at a loss as to what a fix for this could be.
Johangir
Addendum, it's only the y-sensitivity that slows down when I stand still in 3rd person
