Glaius
Azura's star is an extraordinary object, so would it be possible to make a mod where you could visually see it on a character, otherwise you don't really see, just flash past it in inventory. Here is a link to both versions of the star.http://www.gizardthelizardwizard.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Azuras-Star-The-Black-Star.pngEdit: Probably will need to shrink it too. Deleted1308005User
I wanted to make wearable azura's star part of my mage equipment mod thingy, but it'd need some kinda holster, so I haven't made it.I'd love to have azura's star in some kind of holster on my character, so I support this idea. Glaius
Well, we do have wearable lanterns, and they fit nicely. Also on skeletons you do get new choices to place weapons, so it might not be so difficult to do, but taking the idea of a holster, well perhaps a holster for a range of select items might be possible too, but right now I would like to see the star visible. Deleted1308005User
Yep, holsters for books for example *Whistling*I wish I'd have any sort of rigging skill.
Glaius
Holsters for books, azura's star, nice robes, staff in one hand, yes, I get where you're coming from.It would be different from seeing a person in a long black featureless robe running at you spewing ice or fire.Edit: Honestly Bethesda, these are magic users, people who posses the talent to wield arcane power, and you have them running around in potato sacks with zero adornment. Even the lowly bandit looks better. Edited January 6, 2015 by Glaius
Deleted1308005User
I guess the mages wearing plain robes is explained by the fact that they are generally shunned. Though, necromancers and conjurers outside city walls should still look like they are up to no good.Amount of spellcasters is too low in Skyrim, I'd say. Imperial/stormcloak armies don't have any mages in them, which is sad. By the way, is there a mod that adds some mages to both armies? Maybe even as city guards?
