Glass armor in red and some other Ideas... ^^"

Hi there!

First, I'm only a german girl who doesn't know anything 'bout makng mods, but I really enjoy the game, and most of the mods y'all load up for us. ^^

 

So I got the saphire weapon set, based on the original glass weapons, for buying at a store in Imperial City, they're blue now, but the main armor does still come in a terrible eyeblinding green.

Is there any possibillity to change the color of glass helmet, glass boots, glass gloves, glass shield, armor and maybe the longsword and the claymore to red?

 

Like I said, I cannot do it on my own, I even don't know how much work it'll make.

But if there's anybody out there, who'd like to do me a favour and make my personal mod, I would not deny. ^^ I really like red, but all armor that is to get... it's just ugly in my oppinion, and my character is a good one, that's why I don't like that deadric stuff you can get all along.

 

And then, I still do have some ideas for clothing. (Don't mind, I'm a girl, I always need to carry my wardrobe around. :))

Yet, I really dunno if it would be possible, but I guess I should explain first. ^^

 

What I was thinking about is a clothing set, taken from Final Fantasy VIII.

I really like the casual clothes Squall is wearing, especially that cute jacket. ^^

And what I like best is the SEED-Uniform he's wearing once or twice over the game.

Would it be possible to make those clothes by simply drawing new textures? Or is it just impossible at all?

Off course I'd need somebody to draw them for me and make the mod. ^^ But it's only a little idea, and that glass stuff from above is way more important to me. ^^

I figured you had a female character... Im not sure if it exists for male :dry: there are afew mods out there but those completly change the color forever. (and no red :()

Alomst every color is better than that eyeblinding green! ^^

Blue would be nice too, at least my character is wearing blue or red clothes the most.

In addition: There's a character profile, there you can see HIM! :)

Took me about 15 hours to made him perfect. (in my oppinion, althoug all my frieds claim he's ugly -.-)

Oh and don't mind the stats, they're all wrong, didn't want to copy them all to put it in all those boxes, I don't play Oblivion to level, but for fun. ^^ (I was bored enough to write a biography... ^^)

What took you 15 hours? To make the face? Dammnnnn! my best face took me about 2 hours and it looks like this

Oh boy... I envy you... They look pretty nice!

And you really needed that less time?

I do have a mod that allowes me to edit my character everywhere and when I want to, and it really took me 15 hours until I could accept my char. But no matter what they say, he's cute and I like him, although I wishde to be better and more quick at doing something like creating faces. :)

EDIT: Uhm... Girls faces... look at that one, Daeron and his Companion, one of those you are free to build up yourself.

That way I was able to take my personal priestess with me. ^^ I think her face looks really nice - and guess what - I just needed about 15 minutes for her. (I really wonder ^^)

yes, she looks nice, very nice for 15 minutes, although the nose bridge is too long for my taste and smaller nares wouldnt hurt :) You dont need a mod to edit your char you can simply do it by pressing [ ~ ] and typing showracemenu, bont dont hit done ( you lose/gain stats and other stuff).

Oh my! Don't start up like that, or it will take me days to make her more perfect too. ^^

I guess she's okay. Could be his sister herself, as their noses are quite simmilar, but for a companion it's enough. (She always stands around talking with other NPCs though... girls!)

 

And as you can see I'm using that "showracemenu" thing, but without gaining/losing stats and stuff, that's the point.

 

I can't count all mods I'm using, but one thing really sucks... I don't really know what it is, and although I'm running Oblivion on a 1,8GHz AMD Duron / WinXP Prof. SP1 / ATi Radeon x1600 Pro (Catalyst 6.7) System with 1GB of Ram, it's not my PC... If I go to some special regions, my game breaks, and in worst cases, my computer just boots up a new...

For example: For me, it is impossible to go to Imperial City Market District - even loading a game which is saved there won't work, but I can enter Market district from the Elven Garden and run around there.

I really hate it, but as it ist only on some places I can live with it. ^^
