import meshes to CS problem

i got some mesh but somehow... when i put it in game , the game starts to crash often

and

i cant pickup it and can walk through it...

first i tried to make a usable item... but it didnt work

then i made some un-usable item and it doesnt work either...

 

i uploaded the mesh thing so someone could look whats wrong with it ?

(im sorry the upload site is german... megaupload didnt let me upload it... deleted it every time i uploaded so i typed upload on google and there it is)
