Mod to turn all playable characters into dogs?

I'd like to turn the entire party into dogs. Ideally, the characters would either have dog textures + dog abilities or dog textures + their normal abilities (but I've heard that this can normally cause most skills to not work because of the animations? Ideally all or at least most of the abilities would be usable).

 

Is this possible?
