I'm trying to apply some tank skins to my WOT installation for the first time (v.0.9.5), but after following many tutorials, I am unable to locate the folders listed in my thread title. I have scoured my installation folders ( E:\Games\World_of_Tanks\ ) , but can not locate them anywhere...
