LE Getting mage robe enchantments on other clothing?

Is there a mod that allows us to transfer those +150% mana regen / +22% fortify school of magic enchantments from the master mage robes to another set of robes?

 

I'd like to have those on the mod Regal's Assassin armor (the robe version) but obviously the enchantment becomes very weak when you try to create it yourself, even at lvl 100 enchanting.

There are several Enchanting mods out there, some of them buff the magicka regen enchantment.

Try Enchanting Awakened for example :)
