Help Fixing up Load Order

I am not sure if it has already been answered but this might help with streamline.

I had problems trying to start up streamline and i looked everywhere for a solution, there were lots of people begging for help but most people couldn't understand the problem, eventually i found someone who found a solution and this helped me after nothing else did :S

well the way you download it is correct, you do put every thing in your data folder but sometimes it just wont work, the reason for that is that there is a problem with save games, it just doesn't like some save games for some reason, so the solution is, use different save games until you get one that works. simple :)

Allright so I got streamline mostly figured out, I've disabled Stream View and the graphics altering parts of Streamline, my computer doesn't need it. The problem I'm running into is boss doesn't do anything, and after a while my new saves, even streamsaves; are crashing my computer, I cant save anymore.

Does streamlines load order have anything to do with this? Should it be after or before the bashed patch?

It's making me quite sad, after 560 + hours of gaming I'd hate to lose it all.

streamline should come after everything else, even after the bashed patch. unfortunately I have no specific advice, all I can suggest is removing savegame bloat: make backups of your savegames. open wrye bash and click on the savegame tab. right click on a savegame (try different ones) and click on remove savegame bloats. this didn't help me back then, but its worth a try, and don't forget to make a backup of your saves.

at least you'll be able to see how much deadweight your savegames accumulated over time, which might have caused corrupted saves at some point.

There is this trick with renaming .bak files that supposedly fixes corrupted saves, but it doesn't really help because it messes with pluggy and script extender, if I change the pluggy or obse file will that be better? I've encountered this glitch where all my saves are corrupted and ctd my game before, by loading an earlier save it whent away, but now it seems it's returned and I can't find a safe save.

Boss continues to do nothing, it just gives me a warning saying bosslog isn't there, and does nothing, or if bosslog is there it'll show the blank text file and do nothing. I've installed it correctly all three of its files are correctly in place, but it wont do anything.

I found the problem with BOSS, sorta, When the CMD shell opens up it very briefly says Access.Denied, so there is some security measure somewhere standing in between Boss and the rest of my computer.

Are you on a Windows Vista/7 computer? Do you have Oblivion installed under c:\Program Files or c:\Program Files (x86)? If you answered yes to both of these questions, you can attempt to run BOSS.bat as "Run as administrator" to see if that fixes this problem...

I figured as much, and now I remember why it didn't work. I had once upon a time allowed all programs in oblivion admin priviledges, before I installed boss. It wasn't till an hour ago or however long it was that I was able to read the CMD shell warning, because boss.bat doesn't have a pause installed in it. I'll go do that meow.

Tried it, didn't work. I'm sad still, but it isn't anyones fault. Except bethesda, for making a s***ing corrupting save script. RAGE

You might also want to set the properties for BOSS.exe to "Run as Administrator" as well...

Well, going into properties and setting the access changes the privileges of all the objects inside that folder, but I'll give it a shot, I'm just so sad that I can't run oblivion with my 500+ hour character. It's like something else I worked hard on and loved was taken away from me, like so many childhood cartoons....
