The armour I speak of is which like Farris the Representative is wearing.The mesh and textures are under Data>da3>factions>circle>appearances>uni_em_circle_reg01a.My preferred armour replacement would be for the Flames of the Inquisition, the armour you get in Haven, however anything else would do nicely.
