Non-Walking Glitch

Hey so I'm having some problems with the walking animation for some of the characters in fallout 3. Probably 9/10 NPCs in this game glide across the ground. Also, some npcs who were sitting simply glide around in their sitting posture, and when sitting in chairs they are in the standing position, with their bodies running through the chairs/walls/ground at time. I've got a bunch of mods going but I have tried playing without any of them on and it was the same thing so I'm thinking it's something with the original fallout 3 files. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, and I had this game working a week ago without these problems. I'm pretty desperate here anyone have any idea what I can do?

No idea besides you broke the game from using the wrong mods or the right mods in the wrong order or not doing any FO3 edit work on the load order.

Start a new game, see what happens... Or load half the load order start a new game, or load none of the load order an start a new game or turn each mod off one by one in a new game.

Kill, resurrect, disable, enable the NPC's, see what happens...

Don't use more than one mod which navmesh the same area or override those navmeshes making them match in FO3 edit.

Stop using animated prostitution see what happens...

Game patched to 1.7?

Merge patch?

Master Update?

Ever fix the mods so they all work together with FO3 edit?

Yeah yeah, mega bump. None of the solutions provided solved the problem, and I'm left here with hovering people. It seems for the time being, that only people around Megaton are affected by this whacko glitch. I will post details if I get them.

EDIT: Nope, affects majority of NPCs.

In addition to walking and running glitched, there are seriously whacko animation problems. When it loks like an enemy is shooting at the sky, he's actually pointing the gun at you.

@darkwizzie: Just curious, post a load order and if you can load all your mods, go into the game approach the stiffies and save te game there, send me the saved game, Mega upload or such, give me a link, and I;ll look into what going on. I'm working on both games for fallout in the game mechanic's area but I have seen this before. I can verify which mod or tweak is causing your issue....If you follow through with my request.http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/geek.gif

The problem exists with no mods loaded. I understand the problem may be caused by overwritten files, but the mods which I installed are from 2 years ago, and I long forgot what I installed and uninstalled back then. All I did recently was update the old versions of my mods to the new versions. The glitched started sometime before I updated any mods.

If, in the remote possibility that this is INI tweak gone bad, I will try to load the game with no INI file, to try to get a new one, to see if the problems are fixed.

EDIT:

Here is the save file folder.

EDIT: No, INI tweaks did nothing.

Please help, this problem is game-breaking.
