Pronam
I'll try whatever I can :). But that means you definitely want it to be an exterior home? If it's exterior it'll take a little more time as most is built around not being so  (not dramatically though). The possibility will be however to add transparent glass instead of no glass..so you can see through it like you'd expect to. Would you like that? Now I think of it, is there a need for way to access the roof directly..or will you do that with a door? If it's meant to be totally -non teleportable...let me know :)
dunmermaiden
The idea of transparent glass is fantastic. Well I had a think and I thought that if it was a exterior home then you'd get a awesome view and all. As for the way to the sunroof, I was going to stick a ladder at the oposite side of the stairs up or if there is enough room at the wall on the stairs and put a hatch cover on top of the sunroof and use it like that. If you can make the interiors into 1 mesh that would be great! :happy:If you find it too difficult to make it as a exterior home, I'm just as happy with the normal sort :turned: Wanted the exterior kind solely for the view. :P The hanging skulls from the door frame is of the idea that maybe daedra use those as a 'door knocker' so if it's hanging to one side from the door frame, it will look 'right' I think. Beams in the corners on the interiors and on the top floor roof like a slated effect would be best. a bit of crumbling stone on the walls and the corner beams should have some little hairline cracks the floor needs to be a little uneven and have a rough feel to it. Not wanting it to be the ritz I'm wanting it to have a shabby look. The outside stairs and walls maybe the stone can look a bit chipped here and there like the vanilla fort ruins but not the same texture. I have had some thoughts for textures too. The Oblivion citadel hall interior wall01 texture. I am wanting to alter into a brick texture or keep it as it already is for the texture outside walls as well for the interior walls and I am thinking for the floor the oblivion citadel hall interior citadelhallfloor04 texture as well as the interior stairs. For the window and door frames I am thinking of the oblivion citadel interior citadelhallwall02 texture and for the slated roof and corner interior beams a black basalt texture. Also, the part of the front beside the stairs and under the window, this should be part of the dining room, where the lounge starts that should also match the upstairs layout. Pronam
Hm, I got the stairs and floors up and all. but now I'm thinking of it. You'd need that mod that'll prevent it from raining inside. Otherwise with every rain you'll see it run through the walls >.> I'll test this out with some basic collision, if it doesn't work...(still rain inside) should I make a exterior/interior type of it instead? Pronam
Fortunately it's working...well at least for a bit. but you won't be annoyed by rain too much with that mod :P. A (boring, but at least any) few shots as I'm going to be doing the cluttering now , then I can finally begin Uv-mapping for the textures. (which will both take a while.) http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/2209/houseyleft.png http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/3191/houseyfront.png http://img823.imageshack.us/img823/8064/houseyfloor.png As you can see there are some differences from the concept -:-, the entry-floor is higher. It'll go lower on the left. The stairs turned out to be bigger/larger than the concept, but I had expected that. I've extended the place a bit on the right or else the kitchen and bathroom would've been terribly small (difference since last picture of me). I'll try to add as many things I can of the above you mentioned before, but I can't promise all will succeed. :P

I don't mind if it's not exactly how I drew it, I like to leave room for artistic creativity. Besides, I figure you know what works and what doesn't, if you can't do the hanging skulls thats ok because there is already a vanilla mesh I could use that instead and join on some of Phaedra's horns etc. :teehee:
dunmermaiden
Wondering how it's looking and hows it all coming along. I don't mean to bug you, take what time you need and don't feel pressured, I'm curious is all. :turned:
Pronam
No problem. As I've said before it'll take a while. not just because it's much work..but because I've got a few exams :P. I might be done before the weekend, but else I'll do it in, after that I'll have a week without exams so if it's not done even after THEN. Well, then you may personally kick me lol.
