DD_Shackles help please

Hello, I was needing some help with the DD_Shackles. I got it to working I thought. I made a new game and started with the shackles on. I get though the tutorial of the main game and out of the sewers. I then try the shackles out by going straight up to a guard and get arrested. This is the it goes to the loading screen and then a windows error message comes up telling me that oblivion has stopped working and that windows is trying to find out why or trying to find a solution for the problem. I am using obse 18 and my game version is 1.2.0416. My load order is

Update: Ok I found out that is wasnt the shackles esp that was giving me a problem. It turned out to be the sidebackpack esp that was doing it. I guess when i would get arrested it would try to remove the backpack from my inventory only to crash. I will report this problem if not already reported. Thank you.
