Item Drop Fix and Tweaks?

Hello all. As somebody with no modding skills at all I was wondering if anybody had any plans to make a basic item bug fix and/or tweak pack. I mean as simple as making sure certain schematics drop properly and the like. In regards to tweaks there are two main tweaks... one make all short list items appear in the shop list once the perk is acquired and two remove the rng element from schematics by making sure every schematic has a static location. Because rng farming in a single player game is ridiculous. Essentially I feel that resetting shops and chests is absurd. But in all honestly just making all schematics drop properly, as some high end ones do not, would be good. I do not claim to know the difficulty involved in such a task but I imagine it is simpler than many mods.
