Command and Conquer Comes to the wastes

I need some help with my mod unsure if it fits here if it does not will a mod please move it

 

a am working on a Command and Conquer mod for fallout to bring GDI, Nod and the forgotten to the world of fallout to contine their war

i need to know where the vault textures are or how they work i am mainly talking about halls and rooms i found the texture do not how to Assemble any way

these are what i have Completed so far

 

also i am new at nifscope so talk as if trying to explain to an child in these matters

if you cannot help with above request you can help by linking me to models of C&C in .nif format (i do not know how to convert model...yet)

or you can download cnc models and convert the model yourself and send it to me

whether i get help or not this mod i will complete
