OBMM Cannot Access Data Folder

All of a sudden the OBMM is completely incapable of making any permanent changes as any attempt to change anything results in a pop-up saying that it cannot access the Data folder. Reinstalling OBMM did not fix it. Here is the crashdump text:

I have no idea what's causing this, but it's confusing me greatly. (And it does not help that it came at a time when I needed to do a complete reinstallation of everything anyway.)

EDIT: To better aid those attempting to help me, I'm running XP Pro 64-bit. I have already tried reinstalling OBMM twice. I have also done everything possible to mess around with permissions(which according to just about every other case of this sort of problem I've found is the cause) but none of that fixed the problem. It still occurs. Given that I am the sole administrator of this computer--since it's my computer that I put together myself--I don't think the permissions have anything to do with it anyway. What else could cause this issue?
