rsguesswho634
I had Fallout 3 installed approximately a year or so ago & I could run the game flawlessly on ultra high graphics settings without incident. Now it skips frames like crazy, lags out, & crashes so much that I almost don't want to even revisit Fallout 3 again, & certainly not on low graphics settings. I need to know all the little things I can do to get Fallout back on ultra high standards. I've updated my drivers, repaired my entire registry, de-fragmented the hard drive(s), tweaked my graphics cards settings, etc. etc. Thanks. anokii
Have you added any high-res texture mods since then? Have you tried reverting to an older video driver? (I know for a fact that several versions of NVidia drivers caused more problems than fixed) Think and try to determine what you changed hardware / software since the last time you played and look at those changes. bben46
Go here for tweaking advice - tweak your system first, then the video card, and last the game. http://www.tweakguides.com/
