Color Editing

Hey there I was just wondering how i could simply change the colors of weapons and armors ,for an example say i wanted to make a glass longsword black handle with red glass? how would i do this? Do i use the Construction kit or a alternate program. I dont wish to make full weaps from scratch i want to start simple like color editing. Im open for all suggestions, thank you for your time.

the colors and all is called Textures

to change textures, you will need a program like Photoshop, Gimp or Paint.NET

there are many tutorials on how to create textures and add them to the game

just search and find one that you can use

 

i'm not sure if this is easy to do, as i haven't created textures so far, but i know that many have done it, so i'm sure you can learn
