Skyrim Crashes

So I'm new to the whole Nexus modding thing and my Skyrim game seems to constantly crash. I've noticed it seems to crash most of the time while I am in combat. The thing is I do not have a lot of Nexus mods, 6 or 7 at most BUT I have like 100 mods from the Steam workshop. What makes it even more difficult, atleast for me, is that I load my Skyrim from SKSE launcher and I'm still unsure how that would affect my mods. So does anyone know what could be causing this? I think it could be a conflict with workshop and nexus or me not loading from the normal Skyrim launcher or mods not loading properly from SKSE. I honestly have no clue.

Where are your steam mods located? I don't use steam mods, the one that I downloaded from Steam was the HighResTexturePack

If you put that in the data folder and open Nexus Mod Manger, click on the Plugins tab in the upper left and check to see if your files from Steam are still loaded. If not, check them all. Also, download Loot: https://loot.github.io/ Run that and after it finishes, a large window will pop up, make sure to click APPLY button.

Run Skyrim using SKSE Launcher and check if it crashes anymore.

Notice the red highlighted area- This is when Nexus Mod Manager DETECTS mods but doesn't load them. Make sure whenever going to and from different mod sites (and using Nexus Mod Manager) to check all the files in plugins so it'll load them. Afterwards, run Loot:

I'm pretty sure my Steam mods are located under the steamapps folder in the Skyrim folder but I'm not 100%. Also my mods had worked just fine before like I have an armor mod and my character is wearing them just fine as well as a few mods that expand the cities. I looked in plugins and none of them are red I'm about to try that loot thing.
