Making OBIS, ASIS, and Apocalypse spells balanced?

I have a big mod list, but I suspect these three are the responsible mods that are causing my issue(or maybe this has nothing to do with Apocalypse, and that a vanilla spell has become op, or that OBIS is spawning too many op bandits.. Basically, whenever I run into mages, it's an almost inevitable death because all they have to do is hurl fireballs that explode on impact, and I'm dead in an instant, even on adept.

It just seems far too ridiculous, and nevermind trying to dodge that. Either because additional mages hurling fireballs, or you have the frost spells.

Is there any way to keep this combination, but just not have this madness? I'm barely at level 8 and I'm seeing what are called "Master Spellcaster" or something to that effect. I do have immersive patrols and warzones, but these seemingly high level mages show up even without running into a warzone.

EDIT: I should include that I have Enhanced enemy ai mod.

EDIT 2: They're called "Spell Masters" and I know they're from OBIS because they have the "Book of Bandits" on them. They're everywhere even at such a low level as level 8.

That's just it though, they are called Spell Masters. I found others that are called Death priests, and several variants of warlocks, for example, Fire warlocks.

 

I'm going to try and pull up more names here, but are any of the above from your mod? Love the havoc btw, just hope I can get the mage thing sorted out.

 

EDIT: Also Banned Ice Mage, Bandit Marauder Mage.

In particular, I seem to be running into npcs called "Battle Sorcerer". I'll post my entire mod list here:

But in particular, the Bandit Marauder Mage and Bandit Sorcerer are really the ones that are impossible to take down. They throw fireballs and have some sort of armored spell around them, as they are also tanky, and I'm meeting them at level 1!

It's not the "novice mages" or regular mages that are fault here, just for clarity's sake. It's the mages that are specifically tanky and do the one shot killing even on adept. There are probably higher level mages spawning earlier than they are supposed to be, depending on how the system all works out.

With that being said, are you familiar with a "Bandit Marauder Mage"?? That npc is also the same, tanky, impossible to kill at lower levels, in fact even on god mode they just heal so it takes a multitude of npcs to take down one of them.

Hmmm, What level are you exactly? 30s or 40s?

 

EDIT: Nevermid I reread your post. I agree there should not be the Marauder at your level... And it is strange that it did pop up. Im gonna check out your load order real quick

 

EDIT: Alright after double checking your load order, I dont really see a mod that effects mine. So what I think what happened is that ASIS freaked out a spawned you a bandit outside of your level range. So what I suggest is that you stay away from that place where you found the marauder bandit (Who shouldnt have shown up btw the worst you face at lvl 8 is a lvl 30 which is either extremely rare or a boss in OBIS, that particular bandit is lvl 60) and wait for about 10 in game days... The game will reset the area and remove that bandit and exchange it with a less OP one hopefully. I can assure you that OBIS should not be spawning lvl 60 bandits at lvl >10. I just tested the mod and never encountered anything that big so early. Hope my trick helped

Ah, I was about to have a heart attack. So I can visit these places, just wait 10 ingame days and they will not spawn?

 

I tested a save even without ASIS btw, but I wasn't sure if it was a save that had ASIS on previously or not, because I couldn't make an entirely new save. All I know is I was thinking ASIS had something to do with it, and it was one of the first things I deactivated(had to anyway, otherwise it would have been missing a master and then ctd at launch).

Yeah, in your house should be fine. If it is a dungeon or cave however, you have to wait 30 days b4 it will reset :P if it is outside 10 days should work

Was it fine that I waited at Dragonsreach? In any case, I saw way more novice mages and mages my level. I think it was ASIS freaking out and spawning high level npcs from across all the mods. The worst I saw was Battle Sorcerers and Mage Marauders, but they were this time able to be killed, and I was on expert.(although this is me on god mode btw, I mean I was able to reasonably take their health down, they weren't "tanky").

I still encountered some sorcerers around barleydark farms, but I can't remember if they were particularly hard to kill or not, as that was the first place I checked and did not go into god mode. I think their health was also not super tanky this time around.

I'm going to make another bashed patch and rerun ASIS. Then wait 10 days again inside Dragonsreach. If I reran ASIS, loaded into the save where I already waited 10 days, would I have needed to wait 10 more days due to the repatching of the Bashed Patch and ASIS?

I'm rerunning ASIS because Wrye Bash is telling me that my load order is different.

EDIT: I ran into a tanky Bandit Marauder Mage at level 1 again, but not in the designated area anymore. Actually, I keep encountering these people not inside, but around Fort Greymoor and Barleydark farms. However, I also finally run into "novce" mages, and the novice mages did exist within Fort Greymoor, just outside was waiting a tanky bandit marauder mage. And in Barleydark farms I encountered sorcerers. Not sure if that's from your mod or anything.

In the place near Whiterun though, the road going to the east, I haven't encountered any of these sorts.
