- chkdsk c:/f and defrag c: -f

- update your bios

- increase ram to 1024 MB

 

You get support by Microsoft (requires activated and registered XP)?

If so, try out the Offline Crash Diagnostic tool for Windows XP, it helps reduce the time that support professionals require to correct kernel crashes in Windows XP.

XP should run on your system, I had a similar one in 2002 when the support for registered Win 98SE came to a stop.

I can't get Microsoft support on it.It was an OEM computer but my motherboard fired so I get a new one then it wouldn't let me get the new service pack.I can't buy anything till after X-mas so the RAMs a no go
