Cute Elves problem

I downloaded Cute Elves and then I downloaded HGEC so I could get the Cute Elves body textures and I opened OBMM to download it and I got a message saying "The mod depends on Cute Elf, which is either not active or the wrong version." I know I have Cute Elves downloaded and checked on the Oblivion data files and it worked before I downloaded HGEC and the body textures. If someone could help I'd really appreciate it.

try to install first the hgec body and textures then install the cute elves and last instal the cute elves alternate textures

for body mods and textures i think is better if you install them manually (copy and paste inside the data folder) and for the cute elves use the omod version.

if the textures dont show in game (only shows vanilla textures) first use the archive invalidation tool in obmm

and check what version of hgec you downloaded there are some versions that make weird things
