Game crashes on save

Are you sure you're turning Lock Times off in Wrye Bash before you run BOSS? Your LO is STILL screwed up. Look where your Bashed Patch is... It's before all the mods that are merged and deactivated. Then you have 6 random mods just pop up near the bottom. Until you have a proper LO it's pointless to troubleshoot other things, since it's likely that a bad LO is causing crashes.

1. Turn off Lock Times in Bash.

2. Make sure you have the most recent masterlist. 17, Oct, 2010 is most recent. BOSS @ Nexus

3. Run BOSS

4. Deactivate Bashed Patch (uncheck it)

5. Rebuild Patch

6. Activate the Patch

7. Post new LO using the list Wrye Bash provides. Copy EVERYTHING including the [spoiler tags] Makes the post much easier to read, shortens length.

A correct LO is so important for a stable game and right now, you don't have a correct LO. This may be the very reason for your problems. Below I have posted my LO as an example of how you should post it and a general idea of the latest masterlist. Compare the mods we have in common and look how out of place the corresponding mods are on your list. The DLC for example. Not to mention you have some DLC only virtually active, which will not suffice for certain content. Virtually active indicator is this " ** " Fully merged is this " ++ " Fully active is simply a Hex number such as this " B9 "

Anyway here is my LO, compare it to yours and you'll see a major difference. Keep in mind I have a custom userlist so certain mods are hand placed. But for the most part this is the most recent LO output from BOSS.

Okay. Now your LO is looking like an actual LO that BOSS has managed. That's a good start. Now on to compatibility.

I'm not going to go through your entire load list and research the compatibility of each mod, that's on you. You need to read the README for each mod and BOSS will give you many helpful suggestions too. But you actually have to read the information presented to you. Which clearly you are not.

Here I'll give you an example so you'll have a place to start. The mod Book Jackets. Here I'll paste a directly copied sentence from the README. It's in section 2, Installation, which you should always read for each mod. Always check compatibility sections too, obviously you have done neither. Here is a very short exert from the README, I'm not going to copypasta everything, I feel each user needs to do some legwork on their own, especially the simple stuff like READMEs. The quote is as follows...

  Quote

Book Jackets: Oblivion comes in 2 flavors. One is compatible with and dependent on jepeter and Oblivionmasta's Book Placement mod. The second does not require that mod and will not take advantage of its features.

In your LO I see this;

** Book Jackets Oblivion.esp

** Book Jackets Oblivion - BP.esp

I also bolded an important word in the quote which might help. I suggest you read rest of the Installation section to fully understand it. And this is a very simple mod, Book Jackets. If you neglected such information for this mod, I'm willing to bet other mods documentation was neglected too. You need to do your research and read the simple documentation included with each mod. That's why the author put it there, to avoid simple conflicts with other mods or even the mod itself in this case.

So read up on the documentation, notably the installation and compatibility sections, then read the BOSS Log. You'll find lots of useful information that will lead you in the right direction for solving your problems.

Good luck
