Purr4me
M48A5, I searched through the drop-down box and was only given the option of teen or child, not adult Amanda.Purr, I've installed the game into a games folder, it's GOTY edition but isn't installed through Steam.8:45 am this morning I was in San Francisco, this evening I am in riverside cal. sitting in front of a strange PC's monitor. No matter where I go, I know what can or can not be done if I have the information available to me to see ,analyze and decrypt. This requires that information to be in whole, in tact and not in parts, piece's at a time. game installed onto a 32bit operating system that supports it, the updated encoding for that operating system and the compatible drivers installed for the graphics set up for the game. A really simple concept. #1basic game, no mods, #2 basic geck no mods, #3 updated geck in this order, no mods, #4 updated patched 1.7 from bethsofts source executable that is supposed to update the engine to BE compatible with new systems.....AKA windows Vista /7...and now we have windows 8 and 8.1 which tore apart these compatibilities. so if you are running (x86) and it's not native to the 32bit game, then you need to have all data for the game installed that support the emulation of that 32bit game first...xlive updates from xbox...the site links in my forum profile take you to the source. it's up to you to chose What version you install, notice what it tries to install or notice what is forced to be installed for that system. I can not read read leaves.you and I are not responsible for software incompatibilities but are responsible for it to be understood and attempt to find that solution to rectify the problems involved. so, if the game is installed in a place we all except is OK to use, and is isolated using only 32bit software, then the game will function as intended from the very start.install fallout 3 to C:\games......No other name needed, not even the name "fallout3" Got that? heck, use your name. Eliminate all possible confusion and isolate things completely. install the geck...vanilla 1.0.0.12 <---game engine "NOT over top of 1.7 updated, ..only raw Vanilla fo3....NO DLC's. IF the graphics run? check and verify the game loads and runs at this point ,see if it will allow you to run all in game graphic settings and do not save the game during any of these tests .just reuse the first viable saved game for this verification graphics will not set, you need to update the system and machine to be in line with that old game so it does allow this simple graphics change......if this is done and it allows it, then the game is ready for updating for that piece of equipment and system....the main systems graphics cards display drivers, codecs if need be cuz some use external sound cards or controllers and all of this will effect that systems rendering of "ANY GRAPHICS DISPLAYS" of game software. the game "Will not run 64bit graphics, nor will the geck." If you insist on installing only 64bit software ,forget modding fallout3. The geck will not allow it ,nor will xbox driver support. Emulation only on 64bit..... it is obvious some thing there is wrong, incompatible in a complete manner to prevent the graphics of the face gen parts not to render.if the system is not set up correctly, this is a waste of my time here. there would be no secrets here if it was 2009, as the data currently being used and equipment updates did not exist ..the geck would in fact render the faces for you. common sense dictates there must be some user or misunderstood problem on the users behalf. it takes a total of twenty minutes from scratch of a system install to full blown fallout3 and geck installed properly to enable editing all facets of the game. How ever..the exception to this rule is Intel chip sets drivers not being installed or missing on those systems, or Nvidia drivers of the wrong calibur. A mountain from a small molehill is what this is. I can help only those that help them selves.specs of the machine, driver information ? if any? are you sure this is worth this much trouble?kitty.
