ThePreacher
Hi there people! I just discovered the Dragon Age Toolset (about time, ya?), but, I have small... Irks about it. I love the hairstyles from the mods, as well as the original ones, but I do have a small request / help topic I hope this fine community can assist me on. I want to combine two hairstyles together, or just add more to one already made. i.e: the longer ponytail for the human male, I want to add bangs, and maybe some more length to the back of the hair to make it look better. As well, would anyone know a way to isolate a particular portion of a hairstyle? Duncan's earring namely. Any help / suggestions / how to's will be appreciated! Cheers, The Preacher
Thandal
Welcome to the Dragon Age Nexus Forums, Preacher! You might have better luck asking this kind of question over in the "Modding" sub-forum, under "Builder Help". Here's the link: "Builder Help" on DANexus But I believe the short answer to your specific question is, "No, you can't just combine separate hairstyles." I think you'll have to create a single one for use in the game. But I also think you could ask the original authors if they might consider making changes like you describe, or if they would provide you with the Builder-to-Builder (B2B) versions of the relevant mods' files to let you see what settings they used, then combine all those settings into your own mod. Again, the "Builder" sub-forum should have lots of regulars who know this topic in detail. Good Luck!
