Name: Bhalrog

Race: Orc

Gender: Male

Age: 45

Appearance: Like many of his kin, Bhalrog is large and brutish in appearance standing 6'7" in height and weighing approximately 260 pounds. His hair is jet black and kept in a ragged mohawk and his sideburns and chin hair are worn
braided, often adorned with a bones of small animals. His face and arms are heavily scarred from battle and his left eye is milky white with a scar running across it from cheek to forehead. He is heavily tattooed with thick black tribal markings. His tusks have also been carved with Orcish runes. A thick ring of orichalcum hangs from his nose.

Skills: Bhalrog favors 2 handed weapons, specifically warhammers. He is also trained in smithing, heavy armor and 1 handed.

Equipment: Bhalrog wears Heavy banded iron armor and carries an Orcish warhammer he named Gol'Rag. It was a parting gift from his mother upon his leaving of the stronghold and one of his most prized possessions. He also has 2 orcish daggers for closeup work and a large rucksack made from animal skins than he wears on his back while traveling. Over the years he has found several useful rings and amulets, his favorite being an amulet that restores fatigue and a ring that boosts health.

Homeland: He was born in the Orcish stronghold of Mor Khazgur in Western Skyrim. At the age of 20 he left the stronghold to test his might in the ongoing civil war as well as the newly awakened dragons.

Personality: Bhalrog is a berzerker by nature. He has tried to live his life with honor according to the laws of Mauloch but his temper often leads to conflict and bloodshed. Attempts to curb his aggression often leads others to view him as sullen and brooding. He speaks directly and does not waste or mince words. Magic does not interest him and he tends to view it in a skeptical if not outright mocking light.

Background: Once on his own Bhalrog made his way to the city of Solitude to offer his services as a mercenary. The Imperials were in the middle of a civil war with the Stormcloaks and were quite eager to sign the young Orc up for military service. His battle prowess and fierce nature soon became legendary during the Seige of Whiterun. After that battle his men took to calling him 'Blood-Tusk'as there wasn't a single part of him not drenched in the crimson liquid. He went on to sack several Stormcloak camps and strongholds, earning the rank of Captain by the time the war finally ended. With no war to fight and no more dragons haunting the skies, he looked Westward and decided to make his way back to the ancestral home of the Orcs in the Wrothgarian mountains. Once there he took several years to rest and reflect on his life before once again growing imatient and longing for adventure. He becan living life as a nomad, wandering from town to town offering his services as a smith or merc. That is, until the nightmares began...

I'm going to have to pull out of this one; just too little time for another in-depth RP for me. Maybe I'll come back when I'm not so busy, but until then...anyone can take Katarin.

I'm posting this character sheet on behalf of tokyobleach:

Name: Lilac Greeneyes
Race: Half-Orc
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Appearance: True to her name, Lilac's eyes are the most noticeable thing about her. They're a deep green reminiscent of pine forests. Her skin is a golden caramel, much like her mother's. Her face carries on the more elven traits of her mother; a long, delicate nose, angled eyes, and full lips. However, she has an unmistakable underbite, with small tusks jutting upward, along with furrows in her prominent brow. Her hair is a raven sort of black, and thick like a horse's mane. It is almost always in a braid down her back, but hangs to her hips when let free. Lilac stands at 6'0", but is quite muscular, despite the elven traits which seem to dominate her appearance.
Skills: Acrobatics, Archery, Hand to hand combat, minor first aid
Equipment: A light traveler and far from a warrior, Lilac only has the clothes on her back and a few necessities. She carries flint, some tinder in the form of cloth strips and a little alcohol, and spare socks. Her clothing consists of a leather breastplate over a white tunic, and matching leather breeches and gauntlets. Her boots are dark leather, and lace up to her knees. She carries her most valuable possesion, a bow made from fine, springy wood, slung over her shoulder along with a quiver which she keeps full of arrows if she can help it.
Homeland: A small cabin in the woods outside Riften, Skyrim
Personality: Lilac is far from bright, a result of her clinging to her father and older brother in her youth instead of learning "impractical" things from her mother. She is far from sensitive about her appearance or her wits, having accepted what she was from a young age. She is headstrong and hates to lose.
Background: LIlac grew up like any half-Altmer, half-Orc would in Skyrim: alienated. Her parents truly loved one another, but their union wasn't well-respected by either of their communities, as one would imagine. A "daddy's girl" through and through, Lilac had no desire for her mother's knowledge of books or alchemy, save for minor first aid techniques. Therefore, Lilac doesn't even know how to write her own name, let alone learn a new skill from a book every now and again.
To anyone her family crossed paths with, Lilac learned from a young age, she was nothing. Better ignored than acknowledged. Aside from her father, her brother, a full-blooded High Elf from a previous marriage, was her idol. He was like the sun to her. The two were exceedingly close. However, when he discovered his aptitude for magic, and left for college in High Rock with all the meager savings their parents had ever collected as tuition, Lilac was left very much alone.

As one would imagine, when she and her brother collected enough wages to cover her first visit to High Rock, she was ecstatic. Her parents advised against it, but nothing could stop the stars from leaving her eyes at the idea of seeing her beloved brother once again. She ignored the fact that she wouldn't be accepted where she was headed, and boarded the carriage to High Rock.

OK so for those of you reading the RP thread, yeah I just invoked Malacath BUT I tried to do it in such a way that isn't overpowering or detrimental to the story. He didn't give Bhalrog any superpowers or godly loot, just a hint that Bhalrog doesn't even understand yet. I will explain what's going on a bit further in the story (as Bhalrog figures it out) but without giving away too many details I'd like to take a small detour when we get to the Wrothgarian mountains to visit Old Orsinium, the sacked city once home to the Orsimer people. Basically we go in, locate a guardhouse with armory, our friendly thief characters can have a bit of fun with locks and traps, and we walk away with a nice bit of loot. Again, nothing OP or Godlike. Everyone ok with that idea?
