phil5813 Posted January 15, 2015 Share Posted January 15, 2015 I really like the Lively Inns and Taverns mod, it adds a lot of life to the inns. This mod would be just like LIAT, only it would be for the area right outside all the southern inns, where the weather would make sense for people to be outside. It seems appropriate not to do this for the smaller cities, nor for the really cold ones. So I suppose the main cities would be Markarth, Whiterun, Riften, Falkreath (?), and maybe some other decently-sized cities in the southern Holds. Also, instead of simply spawning all the partiers in the same location at once (which happens with LIAT), maybe they could spawn from the outer reaches of the city and make their way to the square. I'm thinking along the lines of LIAT as far as capacity goes. Wet and Cold Holidays is fun, but it doesn't have that many people celebrating.
