Crash Troubles, Help is Appreciated

Hey, so I've been having some troubles with FO3, all the mods I have are listed below. I've done a merged patch, and masterupdate. I'm running an i7 so I did the FALLOUT.ini AIThread fix, and that helped before, but lately its been crashing every few minutes. Please help. Thank you.

I would recommend using Maximized Window and running the game in windowed mode for starters. That solved a great many crash problems for me.

Yeah, I forgot to mention, I'm using that too.

But in good news, I downloaded two new mods, installed them, ran a new merged patch, and a new masterupdate, it seems like its all good now.
