Invalid FIles

I recently got oblivion goty for pc and started to mod it a bit I downloaded Francescos mod and some other mods and it worked fine. I downloaded bananasplits better cities and set it up in obmm. Now when I go to load oblivion up a lot of my data files including the master file and shivering isles are unticked and next to them it says invalid file and when I try and open them it says this is not a valid oblivion or master file.I am using windows 7 64bit.
