How do you teleport and how do you mark your places to go. B)

I assume you're talking about Mark, Recall, Almsivi Intervention, and Divine Intervention spells rather than the Mages' Guild transport service or other forms of fast travel.

 

Divine Intervention and Almsivi Intervention can be used without doing anything beforehand. If you have a spell, scroll, or enchanted item that gives one of these effects, you can use it and you'll be transported to the nearest Temple (Almsivi Intervention) or Imperial Cult shrine (Divine Intervention).

 

To use Recall, you first have to set a Mark at the location you want to be able to teleport to. Standing at that exact location, use a spell, enchanted item, or scroll with marking capabilities. If you use a spell, enchanted item, or scroll with the Recall effect after ths time, you will be transported to the location at which you used Mark. If you use a spell, scroll, or enchanted item with the Mark effect again, it will change the location that you teleport to when using Recall to your current position.
